Here is a list of answers to the most common questions we receive regarding the Augustine Apartments and its services. If you do not find the answer you are looking for in this section please feel free to contact us with your question and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Until what time is reception open?
Our reception is open 24 Hours a day. Seven days a week.
Do you have secure Car Parking?
Yes, we offer secure on-site Car Parking. We have 100 spaces available at €10 per night. Please reserve your space at the time of booking (subject to availability).
What is the Advance Purchase Rate?
This rate is a discounted rate and applies only when payment is made in full, upon making a reservation. Unfortunately no refunds can be processed if the reservation is subsequently cancelled.
Do you have Internet access?
Yes, we offer free Internet access to all our guests throughout the Augustine Apartments.
Do you provide bed linen and towels?
Yes, all bed linen and towels are provided.
What appliances are provided in the apartments?
Cooker/hob, washer/dryer, electric kettle, toaster, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, LCD TV and DVD player.
Do you accept pets?
No, sorry we do not allow pets in any of our apartments.
Do you provide a cleaning service for the apartments?
Yes, a cleaning service is provided free of charge for guests staying longer than seven days.
What is the maximum number of occupants allowed in each apartment?
1 Bedroom Apartment – 3
2 Bedroom Apartment – 5
3 Bedroom Apartment – 7
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation of a reservation will be effective only from the date of receipt.
Deposits paid are always non-refundable.
- In the event of a cancellation, the deposit (typically 20%) is non-refundable.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to midday (Irish time) on the day of arrival, and received by email to cancellations@augustineapartments.com. The deposit is non-refundable but no further charges will apply if cancelled within this time frame.
- No Shows and late cancellations: for clients failing to arrive for a booking, "no-shows", or late cancellations (see point 2 above), the first night's accommodation cost will be charged, in addition to retention of the booking deposit.
Can we request an early check-in or late check-out?
An early check-in (before 2.30pm) can be made as long as we have an apartment available at the time of your arrival. A late check-out (after 11am) can be facilitated but a supplementary charge will be incurred.
I have a late flight, would I be able to leave my luggage somewhere?
Yes, you can leave your luggage with us at reception.
